At this time, you cannot download files from the Etsy APP.

To download: Sign in to Etsy account on your MOBILE BROWSER or non-mobile computer.

You can download them under your account "You" > "Purchases and reviews"

Find the order, Click Arrow > , Click "Download Files" Link.
Click on PDF File to download to your mobile device.

If the payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
The PDF Files are downloadable after payment has cleared.

Files are added automatically + will not be sent via e-mail.

Please take into consideration around the holidays, production time will increase due to increased volume of custom made to knit orders.

Please allow additional time for production and delivery.

For delivery estimates, please check individual listings. USPS delivery estimates are based on zip codes. Please message us prior to ordering with questions.

Processing time = waiting time + production time. When ordering multiple custom items, the production time may be extended accordingly.

Delivery time (see shipping policies) is not included in the processing time. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with Tracking Number emailed to you when item ships.

Absolutely. We welcome custom orders.
If you see an item that you'd like in a different color or style, or even want to design something a bit different, just convo us and we can discuss it. We are happy to make new and exciting things personalized just for that special person or pup.

Please do note that extra time will be required to make the custom item so please allow additional time when considering your purchase. Turnaround times for custom orders depending on item can take between 3-14 days or longer depending on the item.

Please measure your pet according to the measuring directions for each item with a seamstress's tape measure or string.
Pull the measuring tape snug but not tight.

Measuring the NECK: Allow additional room to slip at least 1 finger between the neck and the tape. Note measurement or use ruler for string.

Please double check your measurements before selecting your size for purchase.

· Hand Wash is preferred to preserve stitch and quality.
· Mild detergent, cold water.
· Lay flat to dry. Do not use dryer; dryer will shrink item.
· Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
